If we could go back in time and face the Founding Fathers with what has happened to our country, our states, and why, what would they say?
Things once assumed common-sense have shown as areas of the most litigation. Had the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution clarified the limits were on the federal government, not the churches, and so on, it might have worked out a little better.
I understand how puzzled they might feel when faced with such the insanity today. Back then it was understood that the people were sovereign, as were the states. The federal government came in third place.
