White supremecy? The topic gives people flashbacks to that time where crosses burned and ropes hung from trees, not a good thing, however, there is an argument for white equality to be made.
Over the last few decades every race other than white has been allowed special priveledges because they weren’t white. That sounds more like racism than white people saying they are just as able to give speeches, or have rallies, as black, brown or any other, doesn’t it?
I don’t condone any race pushing superiority over any other race, however, if other races can have TV channels, or newspapers, or give speeches directed at one race more than another, shouldn’t white folk be afforded the same opportunity? BET is Black Entertainment Television, La Raza is ‘The Race’ or as they say,’The People’, but which people? Google it. My point is simple, why is there no white TV channel?
The mere thought of such a think is called racist, why? Generations who grew up after or beginning in the late ’60s may not understand how badly minorities were treated prior to the Civil Rights Act, and nobody should want to go back to those times, ever.
Those days are gone, Martin Luther King Jr. was a very wise, brave and noble man, he was absolutely correct in saying, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” Follow the link, M.L.K. was 100% right and there are many more quotes!
What happened? We live in times where little black kids can hold hands with little white kids, to paraphrase another quote. So why can’t we all have our own TV channel? If it is acceptable for The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan to give speeches, why not Richard Spencer? Doesn’t Freedom of Speech apply to us all?
