Have you ever wanted to see a counter argument on the Electoral College? If we exist is an echo chamber we don’t fully understand why we feel the way we do, so read this and you will feel better about yourself. I guess it is a valid point if you believe only the cities with large populations matter.

That’s because of the skewed nature of the Electoral College system anchored in the U.S. Constitution. Thanks to this mechanism, voters in battleground states are far more important in determining the outcome than those in others.
